Professional Value-Oriented Life Tendency Scale Teacher Form Validity and Reliability Study

In this study, it is aimed to develop a measurement tool determine teachers' professional value-oriented living tendencies. By scanning the literature, scale development stages were followed and draft form with 50 items was created. The prepared applied 25 teachers as preliminary test then rearranged in line expert opinions. research group consisting of 1130 working public schools (primary school, secondary school high school) central districts Ankara spring term 2020-2021 academic year. Study Group 1 data used validity reliability scale, 2 for CFA. EFA obtained from 300 teachers, called 1, within scope study. second stage, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) conducted on 875 2, order verify factor structure another sample. As result exploratory analysis, determined that had three-factor structure. Cronbach Alpha internal consistency coefficient 0.98 overall 0.96 1st sub-factor, 0.77 2nd 0.86 3rd sub-factor. confirmatory RMSEA value found be 0.049. addition, GFI, AGFI, CFI, NFI NNFI values, which are expressed goodness fit indices, 0.99, very close shows good values obtained. analyzes made, 33-item necessary developed serve measure life tendencies teachers.
